I feel like I'm getting the proper communication with my agent whats the norm on these things.What is the usual communication between a client and real estate agent? Is it daily, once a week?
Depends on the situation. If you are in the middle of a transaction and there is a lot going on then anyway from a couple of times a day to every couple of days would be acceptable. If not much is going on then I think weekly or every 2 week updates are appropriate.
But definitely if you call or email your agent I think it is appropriate to expect a response within a few business hours.What is the usual communication between a client and real estate agent? Is it daily, once a week?
how close are you to buying something? If your window shopping it might take a week, if you into looking because you need to buy now. the Agent would be a fool to let you go somewhere else to get good service. Also have you heard you can get an agent of your own by paying a small fee. Usually $1000 extra.
