How can I get what i want through verbal communication?

Im looking for a book that can teach me ways to improve my verbal communication. Im not sure if your just born with that special something to know how to talk your way out or into anything, but if there is a book I would like to study it. Not sure if this would be a psychology book or a self help book. Any help would be greatly appreciated.How can I get what i want through verbal communication?
