the difference is the word communication!! lol really they are kind of similar IT obviously all-sorts like design implementation of computer based technologies, where as ITC is more concerned with the communication techniques used such as telephone, adsl, cabe, fibre-optic, phones, transporting communications, mobile technology, wireless, 3G, quad band etc but even though there is quite a huge difference there is also a huge connection and over-lapping of the 2 subjects especially where computer based technologies design and developments are concerned, if u go into studying either subjects at a higher level such as graduate level u will find the clarification of each subject will become very clear and apparent. hop that kind of helps u xxx
