I do not know what single factor inherent to life is more important than all others to the human race. Communication and the possibility of negotiation are important.
Along with communication or inherent to communication, individual persons may need an acknowledgement of their personal pride with the feeling of being something acceptable and worth, with the ardent hope of getting promoted, with the feeling of not being seen as some weird and hostile creature just dumped down on Earth from the planet Mars.
An individual person may be shouting out loud "let me participate the way that I am; I am willing to improve, but please do not exclude me, do not send me out into cold nothingness if I cannot improve", thus communicating the need of some corroborative acceptance.
There is no overall human race, there are particular human races of individual beings all struggling for survival and for life-space for their own material and ethereal unfolding.
For the individual person it may be of utmost importance to be allowed to witness the world, to be allowed to be friendly present and to learn something, to be allowed to participate and to proudly interact in the encounter.
When negotiation and generous recognition are possible, a necessary and peaceful cohesion among human beings is important for their survival, for their unfolding.
For the individual person it may be of utmost importance to be chosen, to be promoted, to be allowed the dream of a material and ethereal future.

What does a person need more than communication?How about doubt...what would one become by believing all the communication out there ?
I personlly feel love is the most important for the human race especially in today's world. There isn't enough compassion in the world and I feel that is causing a great deal of problems in society and in the world generally. Too much greed and selfishness and not enough love.What does a person need more than communication?

Aside from the obvious, I think people need to feel connected to society. Communication comes as a by-product of that feeling, I think.
