presently i am doing my class 12th,science stream.i am interested to do mass communication in India as i am from India and reside there too.so i want to know on what basis do mass communication colleges of India take admissions?i know that some colleges have their own entrance exams,but those who don't have on what basis do they give admission and what are the subjects involved in mass communication entrance exams?Is there any separate exam for doing mass communication like AIEEE for engineering etc...for admissions are taken from normal CET's?What kind of entrance exams are required for getting into a mass communication college?
There are no Common Entrance Exam for admission to Mass Communication course. You are right, Institutes may conduct there own admission test to admit students for the course.

Student with 10+2 any stream can take admission to the course.
