1. What is a good communication? The ability to express needs or instruction.

2. How is the communication between people and what keep them from having a good conversation? The communication between people depends on the specific people. Some people know each other so well they don't even need words to express their desires, and others can answer the other persons sentences before they get the words out. People might not have good communication if they run out of things to talk about, or if a person can't listen, or languages might interfere, and things like shyness or autism might play a role, not everyone in the work force is a leader also...there are lots of things that come into play.

3. What can make or break a communication? the right words, tone, expressions, and the ability to LISTEN, can make communication, anger and closed mindedness can cause people to shut down.

4. What keeps people from having a communication? Perception, lack of respect or appreciation, assuming the other person knows what one wants or thinks.

Face to face, in meetings, on the telephone, writing a hand written letter or thank you note...........mail.........today they just send an email, no one buys greeting cards anymore. They email, text, and they miss the interpersonal relationships of the past. Life is cold. Kids don't have anyone to talk to, anyone to share their dreams and secrets with. A child has to be careful who they tell their secrets to, because if their best friend gets mad at them.....all their secrets are plastered all over face book. It is like a generation that has no one to talk to, and that is just sad.What keeps people from having a communication?
