Communication?

What is communication? How important is communication? Where and when do we communicate?Communication?
It's probably a speech class and its only important if your university requires it for part of the core requirements...its good to help you become a better speaker and you communicate everydayCommunication?
Communication as a class will probably deal with how communication works, sending/receiving messages, verba/non-verbal communication, etc... As a major it will incorporate giving speeches and business communication dynamics as well as small group dynamics. As a class it will be very interactive and a little fun, as a major you can't do much with it. Like a sociology degree.
